This is a collection of scanned photographs taken as a child in the late 70's through to about 1992 when I lost interest in the railway scene for about 12 years. The early photos were taken using a 110 camera, the later ones using a 35mm minolta SLR.
Most of my time was spent on or around Oxenholme station, this being where the majority of the photos taken however there are also numerous photos taken on my travels, notably thornaby and Carlise.
Also included are a few early pictures of class 50's at a pre electrified Oxenholme, these were given to me, unfortunately I cannot remember by whom.
I have slowly started to show an interest again over the last couple of years and recent photos can be found in my other fotopic album, follow the link on the right |
